Icya mbere coaching (Gutoza) byibandaho ni uko muri twebwe twifitemo ibisubizo by’ibibazo dufite. Icyo umutoza akora ni ukugufasha kuvumbura ibyo bisubizo. Umutoza ntakubwira icyo gukora cyangwa uko ukemura ibibazo, ahubwo akorana nawe, akakwerekera ukishakira ibisubizo mu buryo bwawe.


Ibi bikorwa mu buryo bukoreshwa mu biganiro harimo kubaza ibibazo bitandukanye, gutega amatwi, kwitegereza no kugaruka ku byavuzwe. Akazi:
Niba mu kazi bitagenda neza nkuko ubyifuza cyangwa ubona nta ntambwe utera, umutoza yagufasha kugira gahunda no kubona ibigufasha kugutera imbaraga ugatera intwambwe zisumbuyeho. Ubushobozi bwo kugenzura imywitarire yawe n’abandi ni igikoresho ikomeye mu kugera ku nsinzi kandi niyo ntego yo kwifuza kugeraho.

Imibanire:
Niba ushaka guteza imbere umubano mwiza n’abandi cyangwa ukaba ufite imbogamizi yo kutabasha kugirana umubano mwiza n’ abandi, umutoza agufasha kubona ubumenyi no kurebera hamwe impamvu ituma imibanire yawe n’abandi ihungabana.

Kwiha agaciro no kugira intego:
Rimwe na rimwe, twe dushobora kuba abanzi bacu. Niba wowe ubwawe utiyumva neza cyangwa warabuze ikigutera imbaraga, umutoza agufasha kubikoraho, ukubaka ishusho nziza wifiteho n’ibindi bigufasha kubungabunga ubuzima bwawe bwo mu mutwe.

Umumaro wo gutozwa (Life coaching):

  1. Gufata umwanya ugatekereza ku iterambere ryawe bwite cyangwa akazi ukora bifasha kuzamura icyizere wigirira n’agaciro wiha.

  2. Niba wumva wibuze cyangwa ushidikanya kucyo ushaka gukora, gutozwa byagufasha kubona icyerekezo n’icyo ukwiye kwibandaho.

  3. Niba kandi ushaka kubona impinduka, gutozwa byagufasha kwiyumva neza, ukabasha gusobanukirwa no guhindura imyitwarire.

  4. Ikindi ni uko niba ushaka kumenya ikintu gishya (kuva kuri siporo kugeza k’umutuzo), gutozwa byafasa kwihutisha imyigire yawe.


Icyo gukurikizaho

Niba wasomye ibyavuzwe hejuru, ukaba wifuza gutangira urugendo rwo gutozwa, izi nizo ntambwe ukwiye gukurikizaho:


  1. Banza umenye neza icyo gutozwa byagufasha, ni iyihe ntego waba ufite iyo ubikora?

  2. Ibaze wowe ubwawe uburyo bwo gutozwa bwagufasha bitewe nicyo ushaka nonaha, Imbona nkubone cyangwa gutozwa iyakure/ kuri telephone?

  3. Menya uburyo bw’imitoreze dufite ukoresheje ishakiro.

  4. Soma neza amakuru atangwa kuri buri buryo, uko bukora, urebe neza niba buhura n’intego zawe.

  5. Vugana n’umutoza mutegure icyo igihe muzatangirana imyitozo.
